Streusel (Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake)
A streusel forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) sugar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) flour
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) cinnamon
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) unsalted butter
Method
- In small bowl blend sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with your fingers until crumbly and no large bits of butter are visible.
