Sweetened Whipped Cream (Blueberry Ice Cream Pie)

A whipped cream forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Blueberry Ice Cream Pie, where it is originally used.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) sugar

Method

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream and sugar until just thickened to a spreading consistency. Do not overbeat.
