Whipped Cream Topping (Easy Flourless Chocolate Cake)
A whipped cream forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in EASY FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) sugar
Method
- Whip the cream with the sugar until soft peaks form.
- Shortly before serving, spread it over the top of the cake, covering the preserves.
