Lemon-Cream Cheese Filling
A filling forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Coffee Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Filling, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces (170 g) cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) juice from one lemon
Method
- For the Filling: In medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and lemon juice until smooth; set aside.
