Black-Bottom Cupcake Cream-Cheese Filling
A cream-cheese filling forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Starbucks Black Bottom Cupcakes, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (225 g) cream cheese, room temp
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) sugar
- 1 large egg
- dash salt
- 1 small bag milk chocolate chips
Method
- Cream the sugar and cream cheese. Mix in the egg and salt. Now stir in chocolate chips. Set the filling aside.
