Vanilla Whipped Cream (Swiss Roll)
A whipped cream forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Strawberry Swiss Roll, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream cold
- ½ cup (120 ml) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
Method
- Using a hand or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, beat cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks.
