Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups (480 ml) chopped fresh strawberries
  • Fresh fruit for garnish

Method

  1. Place the egg white in the large bowl of a stand mixer and beat at full power for 2 minutes, until light and foamy.
  2. Gradually beat in the sugar and strawberries on medium speed. Increase the speed to high and beat for 15 minutes; the mixture will fill the bowl.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and freeze for 4 hours. To serve, remove from the freezer and garnish with fresh fruit.

this recipe would be great for Passover.
