Ancho Chile-Honey Glaze
A glaze forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that glazes and marinades are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Ancho Chile-Honey Glazed Salmon, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) honey
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) ancho chili powder
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Whisk together honey, ancho chili powder and mustard in a small bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
