Emeril's Essence (Creole Seasoning)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons (40 ml) paprika
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) salt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) dried leaf oregano
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) dried thyme

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.
