Honey Barbecue Glaze

A glaze forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that glazes and marinades are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Honey Barbecued Chicken, Grilled Honey Chicken, where it is originally used.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1 Tbs. (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. (15 ml) ketchup
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) cider vinegar
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp (2.5-5 ml). Asian chile paste, like Sriracha

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Set aside 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the glaze for drizzling over the cooked chicken.
