Pearl Couscous Salad Dressing
A dressing forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Pearl Couscous Salad, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Lemon's Juice
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Honey
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Garlic crushed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all of the dressing ingredients.
- Shake or stir well.
- Taste and adjust if needed.
- Save any extras in an airtight container or jar in the fridge.
