Quinoa & Spinach Salad Dressing
A dressing forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Quinoa & Spinach Salad, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orange juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) pepper
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Method
- For the dressing, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, orange juice, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the onion.
