Saki Pan Sauce
A pan sauce forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Sesame Salmon, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) saki
- 2 tsp (10 ml) sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) sesame seed
Method
- Add the saki, sesame oil, and seeds, and increase the heat.
- Reduce the sauce a bit while scraping the goodness from the bottom of the pan.
