Caper & Dill Marinade
A marinade forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Salmon with Capers and Dill, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) small capers, drained, chopped
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) dill leaves, finely chopped
- sea salt
Method
- Combine the oil, garlic, 1/3 cup (80 ml) lemon juice, capers, and dill in a 9x12 pan.
- Season with sea salt and pepper.
