Sesame Salmon Spice Rub
A rub forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Sesame Salmon, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/4tsp (1 ml) pepper
Method
- Mix the brown sugar, red pepper, and salt and pepper to create the rub.
- Generously rub the salmon fillets.
- Set aside.
