Baked Chicken Legs Spice Rub
A rub forked into its own recipe per the archive's rule that accompanying components (glazes, marinades, rubs, sauces, etc.) are kept as standalone recipes. It also remains inline in Baked Chicken legs, where it is originally used.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp (10 ml) paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) kosher salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) oregano dried
- 1 tsp (5 ml) parsley flakes
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) ground black pepper
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) dried ground mustard
Method
- Place the chicken legs in a large ziptop bag and add all the spices.
- Close the bag and shake to coat the chicken well.
